I'm SORRY BUT I AM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FOR MY COLOR THE COLOR IS STILL SHOWING AS GREY SOMETHING I WANTED TO HIDE. THE CUT IS NOT THE BEST EITHER GENE, THE NEXT TIME I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WANT TO GIVE SOME OF YOUR BUSINESS TO YOUR ASSOCIATES BUT I WOULD APPRECIATE YOU CUTTING MY HAIR AS THE HAIR CUT WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THE ONE I RECEIVED LAST WEEK THANK YOU SYLVIA

The new nail tech is very nice but inexperienced. She did not even attempt a foot massage which is the best part of the service and at these prices should be included with every pedicure. She used too much polish on the toe nails and had to remove polish and repeat the process twice to get it right on several toes. What usually takes less than an hour, took 90 minutes. As with any new job, she needs time to learn and efficiently give the customer the best pedicure.

There was no one at the desk when I came in. I arrived about 10 min. early and waited until about 10 min. after my scheduled apt. before anyone even acknowledged I was in the building with the exception of the man saying hi to me. But he didn't ask who I was waiting on or anything. I also think your prices are very high compared to other salons. I love coming there for my cuts but will not pay $49 plus tip every time I need a cut. Maybe every third time or so but not every cut. I came today because I had a $20 off coupon. Lower your prices some and I will be there every cut.
