I appreciate the fact that my stylist listens to what I want and gives me that.I also appreciate that she asks every time when I make a new apt. about each service that I got last time, Do I want that again, because she knows that each service has a cost to it. She never assumes anything. So there's never a 5 pm surprise. I am sensitive to background noise or flickering lights, and this place has very little of either. Even the radio is quiet and unoffensive.The level of knowledge of Gene and Marielis is quite high. I think they really know about hair color and it shows.I always say: go with a professional. Like them!
