The staff is unfailingly courteous, and they keep the salon very clean. I like the way the space is split so that generally hair coloring is done in a separate section from wash & style. I also like watching the way the staff collaborates with each other. They know their personal strengths and weaknesses and aren't shy about bringing in a co-worker if they have doubts about anything. If you want the best hair wash experience, ask for Catherine. Her neck and scalp massages are wonderful! And all of the staff are great with advice on color, style, etc. It's a little pricey, but otherwise a great experience.
