We paid almost $25 for my sons haircut and when I asked her to size down on his sides she got rude and started putting a lot of pressure on my sons head hurting him. Why are we paying close to $25 and the appointment time is only allowed 15 minutes. She also cut his little swirls off the back of his head leaving it uneven. We drove 30-45 minutes to get his haircut and got treated ugly.

My boys have been getting their cuts at this location for over 2 years. Unfortunately since the pandemic there has been a huge frequent turnover in staff, which is definitely understandable yet alarming. With that being said my feedback is take care of your staff so that way the lack of experience, skills, and patience is not faken out on my children. I greatly appreciate your staff ruining my 10 month olds hair 3 days before christmas as well as my twin 4 year olds uneven lines.

Rose was very rough with my son. We’ve been going her for years. Never had an issue. This is our first cut with her. We will not be back.

Did not get any before picture for baby’s first hair cut even thou certificate clearly has a place for a before pictures. Stylist didn’t do anything to make my child feel comfortable before the cut and then acted like he was a scary monster when he screamed.

I’ve been taking my son to Cookie Cutters for the past 4 years (in Texas and a California) and never had a bad experience until this past weekend with a stylist named Debbie. I asked her to check my sons notes from his last visit in his account because that’s how I wanted his hair again (a 3 and blended with a trim on top). She did not blend it. The whole thing took her about 5 minutes and when she asked me if it was good I told her I could see the line and she didn’t say anything and “blended” it but as you can see in the picture it looks so bad. She didn’t trim his hair and left long pieces of hair around his ear. My son is about to be 5 and has never had an issue with sitting still so there’s no reason for her to have messed up. She also didn’t interact with my son or myself at all. She didn’t talk to us (ask us how our day was going for example). I am so disappointed with the whole experience and how his hair looks. I could have my sister cut his hair for free but we’ve always enjoyed going to Cookie Cutters because of the experience he gets and they always did a great job but this last visit really makes me sad.

Service today was terrible, the stylist was very unprofessional. This was our first time here, we get haircuts every month at a different place and I was just informed that I will be induced tomorrow for my next son and since Ill be having a newborn-sibling photoshoot so I decided to book here today since the other place is closed Mondays but I regret it really bad, my son was very upset and the lady was extremely rude, I asked her simple questions and she just rudely responded, she had no patience with my son. He always gets excited about haircuts but today I guess he felt uncomfortable just as I did. She not only did a terrible job but did not even cared about him nor about the terrible job she did even after I asked her to fix it. I could see how though he was handling him and really wanted to run away. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS PLACE. REGRET IT SO BAD and now will need to find someone to take him tomorrow to fix his ears because they look horrible.
