The manager at the location was extremely rude. I was 7 minutes late mostly due to terrible gps which was given in the confirmation email.He scolded me like a small child without a brain and repeatedly told me to call next time I was going to be late. I'm not sure at which.point I was supposed to risk the life of my grandchild to google the phone number or look at an email while I was driving to let him know I was about to be late. I called upon arrival as requested on the business door, at that point he could have politely stated that I was late and they could no longer provide my service. I would have gladly apologized and rescheduled. Now I will not be returning. Ever!

I understand we live in COVID times but having a 1st haircut should be a memorable experience. This was not our first baby haircut at this salon, but it was the second 1st haircut cut bad experience. This time it felt and was very disconnected. The stylist never really engaged much and my son did very well...no crying. I was asked about 1st Haircut package but was not provided details. The only thing I was given was a little yellow envelope with the 1st pieces of hair that were cut. The haircut went on with me assisting holding my son, one picture for the after and off to the counter to pay. I did take the before but the stylist only took the one after hair cut shot. She asked if I liked it and at that point it didn't matter I had taken some pictures of my own. After paying i was told about receiving a link to print the certificate. This us what closed the deal for me to not go there anymore. It felt rushed and nothing like the previous experiences we have had in the past.

My appointment was at 4 we got there at 345 and we weren’t seen until 420. When asked if someone else could help us they didn’t want o and told us their appointment was almost there.. I asked for my son to get a fade at the bottom shorter and longer at the top long enough to be styled. My son ended up with the same length of hair all around. He has longer pieces of hair in some spots than others because she wet hair before using the machine. My husband had to try and fix at home with scissors. Might as well shave his whole head. All I wanted was for my son to have a nice haircut before Easter and he looks horrible. We have been coming to this location for over 6 months the and service just gets worst by the minute. So Disappointing I should get my money back.

Everyone there is nice and respectful. However, there is no time for"professional advice" or "quality experience". We were lucky in that our kid was super calm for his "1st baby haircut" package-which is a keepsake lock of hair and a color printout certificate with a photo. We were unaware that there is apparently a 15 minute limit until they told the mom of the screaming toddler next to us "you only have 3 minutes left..." I can understand a time limit to a point, but 15 minutes from the second you get in the chair? This was the first time my son was getting a haircut and I had no idea what to ask for. There were no hair cut magazines or pictures on the wall, so I showed her a couple of pics from pinterest on my phone. She was like, yes but his hair won't do that. Then said clippers or only scissors? Like I would know? I told her to do what she thought best. She used scissors. My boy was a champ and barely moved. We walked out 10 minutes later his cut NOTHING like the picture I showed her. I asked for crew cut long on top...we got same length all over cookie cutter boy cut. There is a 7 day guarantee...but you can't add his hair back on.

I purchased the first haircut package, and really expected an experience tailored to a child. The stylist didn't seem at all interested in interacting with my child, making her feel comfortable or providing customer service. She seemed annoyed at the wiggling and fussiness of a 1-year-old, which was disappointing coming from a business whose mission is all about children. The haircut looks fine, though it could be better, but the price just isn't worth the service I received. I'll be looking into other options for the next haircut.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 and I wasn’t seen until 3:45. The hairdresser stopped midway through my child’s hair cut 3 times to answer the phone and help other customers. Furthermore, she was painstakingly slow and all she did was cut her hair. She didn’t even style it. For the Sam price, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It’s such a shame because I was looking forward to trying a new place, but I was very unimpressed and I will not be going back.
