We had an appointment on Monday at 3:15. We arrived late (3:35pm). There was NO ONE in the entire building except for one employee. She told us we were too late and that she could not help us. I was shocked because there was NO ONE there. Additionally, we were not offered a cut without a shampoo instead since we were late. I really felt like the employee did not want to work. I did not get her name. I did not want to push the issue and have a bad cut.

The wait time was very long, we waited over 30 min for our appt and did not receive the pre-book discount even when appt was booked before leaving prior appt

The price is really high for the service. While usually good, and better than other child hair cut locations in the area, the price seems high when the person doesn't have a lot of suggestions on styles, relying on the parent to remember past hair cut information.

Shane cut my grandson Liam's hair. He was friendly and Liam liked him. Liam's haircut was absolutely adorable. I will ask for Shane when it is time for Liam's next haircut. My other grandson, Luke, had his haircut with Corlene. Luke was afraid of the sound of the clipper and cried. His haircut was fairly uneven. Carlene tried to distract Luke, but the more she tried to interact with him the more upset he became.

I had a great experience over all. My sons first haircut was great and the service that Bri provided was amazing. She was so patient with my little guy and stayed professional the entire time. Although , I was late and I know how things work when late and I was called 3 minutes after my appointment time and I knew I would be considered a walk in considering I was gonna be there after 5 minutes. When I got there the girl in the front was rude and repeated herself 2 times after I was already informed over the phone. She continue to say I would be a walk in and then said they would take my son in but that would be the last time. I get it. But the way I was spoke to was very annoying. After my appointment the guest that attended with me over heard this same girl giving a new client a 30 minute wait period after their appointment time. I was a new client and I don’t think that was fair. Bri was amazing and I would recommend her anytime.

Went in for my baby’s first haircut. I felt bad for the lady working by herself. She seemed overwhelmed. All things considered, it was an okay experience. With the lady being by herself she’d have to stop in the middle of the cut and check clients out too. We’ll be returning. Maybe go on a slower day and time. She did great with my son and was real careful since he does like to fidget a lot. So thank you!
