COVID-19 environment has provided us challenges. The only thing I would say is that when I make an Appt for a certain time, my expectation is that if arrive in time, the. My Appt will start on time. My experience was that when I pulled up to the facility and called to say that I am here, I was only told that I would be called back when they were ready to take us in. However, after my Appt time passed I saw other kids being taken in. When called back I was told that they were running 15 Mins behind. After 15 Minutes we saw another kid taken in. When called back I realized that they were actually running 30 mins behind. The lesson here is about setting expectations. If I call and tell the facility that ai am here, then tell the customer if you are actually running behind and by how long, in order to set expectations. I will also state that we were offered a discount for waiting, which was an unexpected and pleasant mitigation.

We had such a great time! Our stylist was so encouraging and friendly. The cut came out amazing, even though little one was definitely being a wiggle worm. We'll be back as soon as his hair is long enough for another cut and will gladly refer family and friends.
