I purchased the first haircut package, and really expected an experience tailored to a child. The stylist didn't seem at all interested in interacting with my child, making her feel comfortable or providing customer service. She seemed annoyed at the wiggling and fussiness of a 1-year-old, which was disappointing coming from a business whose mission is all about children. The haircut looks fine, though it could be better, but the price just isn't worth the service I received. I'll be looking into other options for the next haircut.

Felicia was amazing! One quick glance at the photo I brought and she executed it perfectly! I’m not the easiest sale when it comes to hair cuts since I am also a cosmetologist, but I am truly pleased with Felicia’s service, patience, kindness and her skills. My six year old decided she wanted a pixie after sporting a near-shoulder length bob, and she is so thrilled with the results! We will definitely be returning. Thanks!

My son loves going to Cookie Cutters for haircuts. Not only does he get a great haircut but he also gets to play on the little playground, watch a tv show of his choice that is child appropriate and comes away with a dum dum lollipop and balloon!

The price is really high for the service. While usually good, and better than other child hair cut locations in the area, the price seems high when the person doesn't have a lot of suggestions on styles, relying on the parent to remember past hair cut information.

This is our second time visiting this location for a haircut for my daughter. She enjoys the movie as she's getting taken care of as she sits in the Batmobile. She even enjoys the slide afterwards in the salon. Thank you for helping look forward to getting a haircut.
