Went in with my 2 year old who gets comfortable everywhere he goes. We received a hair cut initially by Kat. However his wacky part was amiss making the haircut we received not up to par with our usual Cooke cutters standards. He didn’t cry this time, which was a plus, but he was dodging the clippers and her shears. So really I know when she was able to get a cut in, she was doing the best she could under the circumstances he was providing her. But because of my wedding coming up, I ended up going back in two days later for a revision. We walked in at around 2 pm on a Thursday and were greeted by Katie. She was amazing. We were able to be seen within 10 minutes of arriving due to walking in at the perfect time. But the way she as with my son, she was spectacular. It was the first one he wasn’t dodging and trying everything he could to get away from whatever she was doing. She let him inspect her tools and comb his hair and was really interacting with him. She also straightened the lines and blended the cut better than what we left our first visit on Monday. Weston now is ready to be in ALL of the photos in our upcoming wedding and he doesn’t have a single flaw in his cut. And we also found our stylist! I know cookie cutters has a wonderful standard for stylists with patience, but Katie surpasses that I feel with my sometimes wild and out two year old. I’m so grateful to have been able to find someone who works so well with my lil’n.

Katie has been cutting my sons hair since day one and does a great job :-)

For us the music was a little loud and overstimulating. However, the staff was super sweet and patient with our wiggly 15 month old. Our son wears a hearing aid, and our stylist paid extra attention to the hair around his ears to ensure it wouldn't get caught in his hearing side. We appreciated that extra bit of thought. We will go back!

My son Maddox was very scared to get his haircut today. The young lady that helped us was very very patient and super nice. It took about 15 minutes before my son finally calmed down and sat in the chair and his hair was amazing. I really think all the girls working there are amazing and very very seeet. I will be going back for all my sons haircuts in the future.

Our wait time was 20 minutes past our appointment. I believe that this could have been avoided with keeping more employees on staff. Around noon on a Saturday, three stylists is just not going to cut it ;) It would be wise to have a receptionist up front instead of having the stylists do both. My only other comment would be more seating for those who are waiting. My stylist was great and really did a wonderful job on my son who was very scared and for the most part uncooperative. We love Cookie Cutters and we will most certainly be back! Thank you.

I think the online system needs to be kept up to date. To arrive thinking you have an appointment with someone and then being told you don’t because that person is off is very unprofessional. We had to wait for other people to finish or arrive before we were able to get started. I also think there needs to be less chit chat. It’s one thing to be polite and have conversation while cutting hair but to completely stop what you are doing to have a conversation knowing people are waiting lacks professionalism. Especially when are appointment was canceled without us even knowing. Once we had the haircut the person who cut hair was very lovely and helpful.
