My son was seated at the chair 15 minutes before the stylist cut his hair and was very anxious and unable to sit still for the cut. There was a stylist there who could have cut his hair sooner but was in the back. The stylist we ended up with did not do that great a job on my son’s hair and also offered us 1/2 off since there was such a delay and wait. I will not be returning to this location.

Jennifer was extremely accommodating and welcoming with my son's haircut experience. I'd definitely recommend her to any mom who has kids who don't really like haircuts.
