I have been going to this haircutting place for over a year and a half with my two and half year old son. He is very accustomed to haircuts, and loves getting his hair cut! If today had been my first experience with Cookie Cutters I would never come back. If it were no for Zo who made every attempt to try to fix the horrible job done by the previous stylist, I would have called a manager on the spot. First of all, I told the hairdresser a 0 with a fade, I am not a “professional.” My husband than told her a medium fade with a hard part. She completely ruined my son’s hair. There is absolutely NO FADE, the hard part was nonexistent to where she shaved the other side of his head, and then when asked if she was going to fade it in, she replied “I can try.” I told her I was not happy about his hair in which her response was well in the situation we are in. Ow what would you like for me to do. She attempted to fix it, and it was just getting worse. His hair in uneven, choppy, and nothing of what I expected or experienced in the past. My husband told her it was uneven, and she said she would give us a discount for the inconvenience. I told her I was not happy with the experience and was not paying for this haircut unless someone can fix it. At no time did she even apologize! So poor customer service, this is a paid service and she messed up! Zo was very professional, understood our frustration, attempted to fix it, and told us to please come back when it starts to grow in so it could be fixed. 1st time here and the wait was really long, but that was due to the child prior and not the stylist. She was very patient with that other little boy and my son. It was his 2nd haircut, but 1st time experiencing clippers so he got a bit fussy but Iriz was so patient and friendly. My son has a lumpy head too, but the cut looks so amazing and even. I will definitely be coming back for my son's next cut.

My appointment was at 4 we got there at 345 and we weren’t seen until 420. When asked if someone else could help us they didn’t want o and told us their appointment was almost there.. I asked for my son to get a fade at the bottom shorter and longer at the top long enough to be styled. My son ended up with the same length of hair all around. He has longer pieces of hair in some spots than others because she wet hair before using the machine. My husband had to try and fix at home with scissors. Might as well shave his whole head. All I wanted was for my son to have a nice haircut before Easter and he looks horrible. We have been coming to this location for over 6 months the and service just gets worst by the minute. So Disappointing I should get my money back.

Jennifer gave my son his first hair cut at 2.5 years old so he was a bit difficult. Jennifer was phenomenal with her patience and different approaches. Not only did she make him and I feel comfortable, she maintained a smile and complete professionalism! Dulce cut my hair (mommy cut) and I absolutely love it! Both cuts were amazing and made us feel so welcome. We are definitely returning!

I have been coming for my girls haircuts since after they were born. Great place and awesome customer service. I do recommend this to anyone who is looking for a haircut for thier child.
