It was a little hectic once I walked in but slowed down after 10mins or so. I arrived on time and was seen 10ish mins later. I was pleased with the hair cut my almost 2yo received the girl was very nice and talkative. I rated the service experience lower than the rest only because my boy wouldn't sit on his own so I had him on my lap and was not offered a Cape for myself. So I walked out full of hair as did my son because the girl didn't even bother brushing off the hair on his face, neck or arms. That was the only down fall. I hope this doesn't happen next time.

Lizzie did an amazing job on my son’s hair, exactly how we explained it and how we had been getting it cut. It was definitely 10x better than our last experience with Leslie. I would definitely stick to using Lizzie to cutting Matthew’s hair.

We had a wonderful experience! It was my son’s first haircut and our stylist Iris was patient, kind and professional! She did an amazing job!

Today’s visit was not a good experience. Our hairstylist stopped at least 5 times if not more during the haircut. She had to answer phone and check in people. She would lose her place on haircut. She also stopped to talk with somebody for at least 5 minutes before coming back to haircut. I’m not blaming the hairstylist because I’m sure she was doing her job. By delaying the haircut, Benjamin became more impatient. A child can only sit still for a window. We feel with all the interruptions it delayed the haircut for an extended period of time. The haircut quality suffered. The back of his head was not fully shaven and other issues. We just wanted to leave so we did not ask to fix before we left. This is around his 4th visit and I’m not sure if we’ll be back. Thank you - Carl
