Shane cut my grandson Liam's hair. He was friendly and Liam liked him. Liam's haircut was absolutely adorable. I will ask for Shane when it is time for Liam's next haircut. My other grandson, Luke, had his haircut with Corlene. Luke was afraid of the sound of the clipper and cried. His haircut was fairly uneven. Carlene tried to distract Luke, but the more she tried to interact with him the more upset he became.

My toddler had a bit of a meltdown during the haircut; he finally calmed down towards the end, but it was a real struggle. The stylist was super nice and patient with him, and let me stand next to him and hold his hand. Turning on PJ Masks helped a lot, too. I love salons that are just for kids. He got to sit in a Batmobile and I think I was more excited about that than him lol.

We switched to Cookie Cutters after a few bad experiences at another place and so glad we did! Rose was wonderful! She was so patient, allowed us to calm our 11 month old, and did what she could so he wouldn't be scared. We will definitely be returning.
