I have brought my son there twice before and had two lovely ladies cut my son’s hair. They were patient and kind and understanding that a 2 year old isn’t going to sit perfectly still. The man who cut my son’s hair yesterday made me uncomfortable and a little bit mad. He wasn’t patient at all. He kept jerking my sons head around and telling him to be still. He’s 2 years old. He didn’t introduce himself to my son or try to make him feel comfortable. Just got straight to work and seemed visibly frustrated with how uncomfortable and upset my son was. At one point, I had to tell him he didn’t have to be so rough. I wanted so badly to pull my son out of that chair and leave. That guy should not be cutting small children’s hair. He did an okay job but was rude. I will never let that man touch my son’s head again and will be looking for somewhere else to take my son from now on.

I’ve come to this location maybe 3 or 4 times now. Last time my sons hair was a bit choppy looking in the back but could deal with. This time was even worse. For 20 bucks I’d expect the back to look blended in and not choppy like a bowl cut and that was with my son cooperating. I only have one picture of front so far as my son is napping but would be happy to send another of the back later after nap. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I was very unsure to get my son’s haircut because of covid but they do take precautions one parent per child and they usually only have customer in there at a time

I started bringing my son to Cookie Cutters after he turned one, and he will be 3 soon. It has been nothing but good things to say about the staff and service I receive for my son. Any parent knows how hard it is for anyone to deal with cutting a little child's hair lol. You guys are great with kids and I am thankful for all you do. Thank you over and over a million times. My son dislikes getting his haircut. Everyone has always been so great and patient with him. I appreciate them so much.
