EVERYONE, but I sincerely mean EVERYONE at your place have bad attitude toward customers. This hair dressers are dealing with children, small children that need attention and love and they are so gross and not caring at all toward children. I have been there 3 times and every single time I think well, maybe that other person was having a bad day, but its not true. They are all the same, same attitude, rude and not one second friendly. Not sure what is with this place. In the other hand they know what they are doing. They cut beautifully, but the attitude like doing just for the money is so terrible

Rude Rude Rude Rude Rude and extremely unprofessional. I will make sure to spread the word of how terrible this place is. I should have looked at reviews on Yelp first as there are many many people who have had a terrible experience here.

Service was amazing, unfortunately I don’t remember the lady’s name but she did an awesome job with my son haircut. He usually cries, and moves a lot but she had such patience with him that this was his best behavior ever. Once again thank you.

The hairstylist was extremely friendly and helpful. I got there very late to my appointment and she still took us in. My son has autism and he’s nonverbal, but that was not an issue here. She was very patient with my son and finished his haircut super fast. I love it and will definitely recommend!

We have been here many times and I have never been unhappy with our experience until today. I'm not a confrontational person so I did not say anything at the time we were there for my childrens haircuts and I wish I would have spoke up for how much I spent, but I am not happy with the service that we received today, I don't know the stylists name, but she was the only one working. First, my son did not get to pick which chair he wanted to sit in..really that’s no big deal, but the hair from the previous customer that sat in this chair that she had my child sit in was not cleaned up. As for my youngest, I showed a picture of how I wanted his hair and It is not nearly as short as I would've liked it to be, I wasn’t even asked if I was happy with it when she finished, she just blew the hair of him and she was done, didn’t even style it or ask if I wanted it styled. As for my oldest, I let her know what I wanted for him and she began to cut his hair. He is autistic and there are certain sounds that he doesn’t like, such as the clippers touching the comb so every time he heard it, he would say “ouch” simply because he didn’t like the noise, not because it was hurting him. After so many times, she says "it’s not ouch, it's not even touching you…” His hair was also not cut the way I wanted it, it was pretty long and I asked for a 2 on top, she did not touch it at all and when she finished I was not asked if I was happy with his either. She just walked to the register and checked us out.
