First off we arrived at 12:17pm for our 12:15 apt time. Per the website there is a 5min grace period and when we arrived the lady was rude right off the bat Stating she couldn’t find the booking. And then found it at 12:20 which made us “ late” so we would have to wait . They stated we could be seen at 1230 if that person didn’t arrive so at 1231 we were seen so obviously they are not following the 5min rule. The staff was rude and for a LESS THAN 5min haircut we were charged $25. They didn’t make our daughters first hair cut exciting for her. It was our first time coming to the establishment and definitely will be out last.

I truly enjoy the experience, and customer service I receive from being greeted to making sure everything I envision comes to life. My son is beyond comfortable with Rose she has such a great personality, and us passionate of the work she provides.

Not good with kids,didn't even brush off hair after the cut.

I had scheduled 2 services and called multiple times to confirm. I finally got an email confirmation with both services and assumed I was good to go. Upon arrival I was told that when booking two services the system cancels one due thinking it’s a duplicate. In addition they said they wouldn’t have them for the wash or the 1st time hair cut, because the system has been giving them 15 minutes instead of 30. My daughter was upset that she wasn’t getting her hair washed and we also didn’t get a finishing style at the end. Corporate need to figure system errors so that the staff is not stressed.
