Our first experience at cookie cutters was great. I was greeted by bri upon walking in. There were no wait times. Jr loved the little car he was seated in to have his hair cut . Bri offered us a remote to select a show that would occupy jr. She was patient and kind as he moved his head . This was Jr’s first hair cut however I have been to other salons for kids where they focused on keeping the child still in order to cut their hair. Fortunately bri was the opposite. She was flexible in moving around to what jr was doing but also offered alternatives to occupy jr so she could cut /style his hair . The whole environment was great also . Everything was clean, play area was fun, wall decor was cool. 10/10 will be returning

It was our little guy's first time in a hair salon so he was uneasy. Our hair stylist Tywana was patient with us. Our son moved around a lot, but she did a great job moving with him and gave him a great haircut. Thank you!

We had a great experience today! Tywana was very patient with our little guy. She structured the visit so the "hard part" came at the very end for my son. She sang along with us to help calm him. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

Tried a new hair stylist. Pretty rude and unprofessional. Gave no guidance, and seemed very impatient. Haircut lasted about 6minutes First experience in this location was great with a different hairstylists. But completely turned up after the experience. If I ever go back I’m picking the first girl.
