We have been going to Cookie Cutters for about a year now and have always had a great experience. However, the last time I went, I witnessed one of the employees being very rude and talking down to another employee that just needed some help with the computer system. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, I know this is not the kind of culture that you would want to see in your store. Again, I’ve always had a great experience until what I witnessed this last visit.

My son is autistic and has had two wonderful experience here where we were treated kindly. I'm sad to say we won't be back anymore. He had an appointment with a different lady this time who treated me really ugly. She kept yelling out for the other woman to check for lice, which I understand is something you obviously want to look for but she didn't have to yell it out like that. The other two times I've never heard them say that. Then she proceeds to tell me he had three eggs while cutting his hair. I immediately took him to a lice clinic to get checked and there was nothing. She just really wanted us to feel bad I guess as I didn't hear her do that to any other kid. Then she butchered his hair. She went way shorter than what I asked and there is long pieces she missed. He looks like Jim Carey in dumb and dumber. I didn't like being treated like we were dirty when we weren't. Both my sons were checked and had nothing. She even called another girl over to show her the lice. It was embarrassing. All to to have him checked and there wasn't any lice! So we were embarrassed while there and we will be embarrassed for awhile until his ugly haircut grows out. I like this place. I gave it 5 stars before but Rose truly ruined it for us and we will never be back.

Awesome service and, honestly surprised. Better than expected. Rose did a wonderful and awesome job making sure everything was alright. Definitely recommend A++. Thank you for the awesome work you do.
