I don't understand what the point of making an appointment if you end up waiting an hour to get serviced. Very unprofessional to expect a toddler to wait that long and stay calm.

I have always been a member of the loyalty program. I have always been charged $16.25 to include a $7.00 loyalty discount. This time , i got charged $23.95 straight up, with no loyalty discount. This new stylyst , which i will never book again with, didn’t care to apply my discount, as Rose or Ally has always done. Train your people properly on checking out loyalty program customers.

Called early to ask for price on bang trimming and edging around ears & neck ONLY. I was quoted less than $8. Not only was my son's cut was shorter than explained a few times, but was going to be charged for a full haircut. She explained that since the trimming went all around, it was a full cut. Even though it's not what I asked. Being an adult I paid for the $8 price as she knew she was wrong. My 2 y/o will have his hair back in 2 to 3 weeks and I will take him to a professional who will at least listen to the parent's request his cut is OK but it's not what I asked for more than once. I will never go back or refer anyone to that place. The place is ok and AC was not as cool as it should have been in the 95 deg. temp we had today. Overall not a happy or returning customer.

My family has always enjoyed getting their haircut here. However, my last two visits have been very disappointing. Ally attended us both of these times. She had such a bad attitude and was rude from the start. She asked how I would like my son’s haircut and looked at me like I was stupid for the way I asked. I’m not sure what it was about the way I asked that irritated her so much. This happened on both occasions. I have never had this experience here or anywhere else. As far as the haircuts, today it was fine. However, the last time she cut my son’s hair, the guard fell off the clippers and she gave my son a zero haircut and cut him.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 and I wasn’t seen until 3:45. The hairdresser stopped midway through my child’s hair cut 3 times to answer the phone and help other customers. Furthermore, she was painstakingly slow and all she did was cut her hair. She didn’t even style it. For the Sam price, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It’s such a shame because I was looking forward to trying a new place, but I was very unimpressed and I will not be going back.

I purchased the first haircut package, and really expected an experience tailored to a child. The stylist didn't seem at all interested in interacting with my child, making her feel comfortable or providing customer service. She seemed annoyed at the wiggling and fussiness of a 1-year-old, which was disappointing coming from a business whose mission is all about children. The haircut looks fine, though it could be better, but the price just isn't worth the service I received. I'll be looking into other options for the next haircut.
