First off we arrived at 12:17pm for our 12:15 apt time. Per the website there is a 5min grace period and when we arrived the lady was rude right off the bat Stating she couldn’t find the booking. And then found it at 12:20 which made us “ late” so we would have to wait . They stated we could be seen at 1230 if that person didn’t arrive so at 1231 we were seen so obviously they are not following the 5min rule. The staff was rude and for a LESS THAN 5min haircut we were charged $25. They didn’t make our daughters first hair cut exciting for her. It was our first time coming to the establishment and definitely will be out last.

I am VERY disappointed on the butchered haircut. Theres no reason why everything was rushed. This review will also be shared elsewhere. I will never use your service again.

We showed up without an appointment. We were told we could wait and if someone didn’t show they would take us. We did and our 2 year old got a haircut. While we were grateful to get seen our stylist didn’t have the best personality- especially for a 2 year old who is on the spectrum and was scared and crying. The whole experience was rushed and even once she told us to look it over; she immediately started putting things away as if we were done. Even though he still needed some taken off the top. She did get the tools out again and fixed it. She had us clean him up and brush the hair off. Not sure if this is a new change in policy or just a stylist preference since we had never been with Rose before until today. However when we saw Jennifer prior to COVID-19, she always handled that. Having a stylist who is more patient with little who are in tears would go a long way in making the experience better for the parents and the child.

I was with my kid waiting for over 30 min when I saw 3 stylist using their phone for a long time and talking while me and other customers were waiting for someone to be available.

There isn’t enough staff to efficiently run this place. I set up my appointment for my three kids online. I didn’t know that I needed a profile for each separate kid when booking. Even though I booked with each of my kids names and birthdates the system erased my previous booking each time I booked for another kid. There was no indication that was happening. So when I arrived they were over booked, and could hardly take my one kid with what I booked. The hair cutter gave my son a bad haircut. When I asked if she could blend in the straight line across his head she said that our time was done. It was time for her next client. She said maybe sometime within the next few hours if someone doesn’t show up for a booking she could possibly fix it. There wasn’t enough staff to help our issues or even check us out. Thankfully after a lot of stress Rose was very helpful, and gave my son a beautiful cut. She even squeezed in another son of mine. She offered to stay late, after closing to cut my third son, but we didn’t have the time. I have never felt with having a bad cut being refused to be fixed because of time. I wasn’t the only one that had the online booking problem. We saw two other clients upset over the same issue. That needs to be fixed. You also need more staff. Someone who can deal with the front desk as well as stylist. I have trouble with rating how we were treated because the lady who did the original haircut was unfriendly, but Rose was great.
