Exceptional customer service from Ericka. She was kind, patient, and talked to my son to make him comfortable. Great hair cut as well. I will always go back to them as we have always had a great experience with them.

Tywana is the best!!!!! She is so patient with my son and knows exactly how to give my son the comfort he needs to make his haircut experience fun. Before going to Tywana, my son would cry and yell because his prior experiences was not pleasant. I will continue to go to Cookie Cutters because Tywana is the best for my son.
