We came in the other day and the new employee had to cut my childs hair in my lap because he would not sit in the chair. The haircut turned out not so great, but when I called the owner to ask if we could come in to touch it up, she was so sweet and offered to personally fix it herself. It was my sons first completed hair cut and we were so happy with it. They are incredibly patient with my child who can't decide where he wants to sit, or what he wants to watch. The first haircut he got was a nightmare (great clips) he got very upset and the guy was super rude to my son who is 2. So I was nervous about bringing him anywhere due to his past experience. But jen and her employees are so sweet and did such a great job comforting him. I look forward to bringing my older ones in!
