It was a little hectic once I walked in but slowed down after 10mins or so. I arrived on time and was seen 10ish mins later. I was pleased with the hair cut my almost 2yo received the girl was very nice and talkative. I rated the service experience lower than the rest only because my boy wouldn't sit on his own so I had him on my lap and was not offered a Cape for myself. So I walked out full of hair as did my son because the girl didn't even bother brushing off the hair on his face, neck or arms. That was the only down fall. I hope this doesn't happen next time.

For us the music was a little loud and overstimulating. However, the staff was super sweet and patient with our wiggly 15 month old. Our son wears a hearing aid, and our stylist paid extra attention to the hair around his ears to ensure it wouldn't get caught in his hearing side. We appreciated that extra bit of thought. We will go back!

My son is super difficult to get a haircut, but the staff here was extremely patient with him. They were able to work through it.

We've taken our 3yr grandson many times before and he's always come out with little knicks on the back of his neck or sideburns, and his hair would be uneven. I didn't post a review on that because he was moving a lot. But we had Bri today and she did AMAZING with him,and today my grandson behaved worse than ever! She was super patient with him, he had no knicks and his haircut came out super cute! We will be booking with Bri from here on out!
