Cookie Cutters always does an amazing job with my son. They are so Patient, kind and always makes sure his haircut looks great and done the way I want it. My son loves picking out his favorite car to sit in. Makes him so happy and the lollipop at the end is perfect. We love Cookie cutters!

Today’s visit was great. I didn’t get the name of our stylist but she provided the best service we’ve ever gotten there! The only reason that idk if I would recommend this place to friends/family is because of poor experiences we’ve had in the past. Hopefully every other time will be as great as today

I made 2 appt online for both my boys and received email confirmation for 3:45 and 4:00. When I got to appt at 3:40 I was told my appt was at 3:30 and 3:45. They told me they could only do one haircut. I showed them my emails confirming I had the right times then one of the ladies asked the lady at the front desk to take one of the appt. I was happy with how it was handled and the staff was nice enough but it did cause me to get frustration that my appt were wrong in their system. That needs to be corrected.

Shane did a wonderful job giving my kids their first haircuts. He was patient and talked to them the whole time. The environment was friendly and my kids were comfortable in their fire truck. The cost was pretty high, however.
