I found it rude and unprofessional that nobody called to warn us that the CC machine was down and it would be cash only. The ATM charges a few to use and so does the bank… so there is a double fee on top of the price for the cut. I gave another mom cash and she Venmo’d me because your employees were going to turn her away for not having cash available. There should have been a call or the price of the ATM fees should have been taken out of the cut….

Jennifer is amazing! She always does a great job with my kids hair, is gentle with the kids, and takes her time. Honestly she is what keeps this place open. Their lack of support around is sad, she is always overbooked based on the online timeline ( every 15 mins) and has no support. When I was there she was cutting hair, the receptionist, and I’m sure stressed. Hopefully Cookie Cutters figures that out and builds a team around her, we wouldn’t continue going there if it were not for her!

The young woman that cut our children's hair, I believe her name was Jen, at the Huebner Oaks location, was absolutely wonderful. She was professional and personable and provided tips on how to manager my son's straight cow-lick and my daughter's really fine hair. She was also kind and gentle with both of my children. We would return in a heartbeat if it meant she was cutting their hair.

Everything went well and I liked my son's haircut . Went to the location in Huebner Oaks. The only complaint I have is the dress code of his stylist. She came in a t-shirt that was very low cut and partly showing her bra and she didn't even notice it when she looked in the mirror right away. She did try to fix it after 5 min or so, but she didn't seem to care what she looked like. The receipt shows Checked out by Katie, but not sure if that is her name. She had a huge blonde bun. I have to say she was very nice and did a good job on my son's hair. I just didn't think her dress code was appropriate.

First time taking taking my son to Cookie Cutters, and I think it was a good experience for my son and my self. He was entertained playing on the little play area they have for the kids while we wait. Then we were called up and my son picked out which car he wanted to sit in and get his haircut The lady who cut his hair was pretty Kool and kind- her name was Rose. I wasn't to sure what style to go with so I asked for her opinion and we went with what she suggested. And I really liked it she did a great job. Thank you !! I'm sure I'll be taking my son again...

Finnegan is a 21 month old boy who had a great hair dresser. She had dark curly hair (can't remember her name) and dealt to well with him moving around/standing up. You can't tell at all that he was moving. Great cut! Can't recommend location on account of other female stylist being rude and giving a bad cut, see Gavin's review.
