The stylist was great and the haircut was too - 10/10. The haircuts are a little pricey when compared to other barbers. Something like $10-$12 would be more reasonable, especially for something that takes 10 minutes. The only issue with this visit was the appointment process. I made an appointment online, arrived 10 minutes early, but wasn’t seen until 40 minutes later (30 minutes after my appointment time). At check-in, was told that only 1 child was before us, yet we watched 6 kids get taken ahead of us. So, what exactly is the point of making an appointment when clearly everyone that arrived before us was being seen first, appointment or not? With only 4 stylists, it’s not possible that all 7 kids waiting had the same appointment slot (last appointment time of the day). If that is actually possible, then that’s a major problem. Are families with multiple kids able to book one slot? If so, that’s also a problem. It seemed like we ended up assigned at check-in to a stylist that had a family of 3 or 4 kids before she took us. I booked ANY stylist online, so we should have gotten first available at 4:45, not assigned to someone working on multiple kids at one time. Solutions: one child per slot, next available stylist, and have a monitor at the front desk, so patrons can see where they are in line (who is a walk-in/appointment) and not feel like they’ve been dismissed. We were aggravated at the process and the long wait. Again, the stylist was great and handled the issue well (offered a discount, but we had a prepaid haircut card). Our son got a great haircut, lollipop, and a balloon, so all is right in the world. Haha.
