Went for a 3 year old boys haircut, female staff who cut his hair was behind schedule and rushed. It showed it both her attitude and hair cut quality. She offered to fix it after seeing her next appointment cut. Seriously?! You were already helping us, finish the job. Another employee (Jaumar) fixed her fade work thankfully and redeemed this salon. Wish I could remember her name, she had pink/purple hair. I understand that cutting a 3-year-old's hair who won't sit still is hard, but that's why we came to this location because they specialize in children's haircuts. However I could have got the same thing at Great clips for $9 with the same attitude.

The staff is always very friendly but there seems to be some lack in organization. This is the second time we’ve had an appointment and still been seated 30 minutes after the appointment time and after walk-ins were taken. There is also hair all over the floor. I understand that it’s a hair salon but there are kids playing on the small playground and the entrance to it is completely covered in hair which is gross. Also as soon as a child drops their balloon it has to be thrown away because it gets covered with so much hair. We would like to continue taking our son here but not if it’s not clean and organized.

My visit yesterday was great. No complaints during. When I paid I was given a $3 back to school discount, but the Facebook page said $5. Okay no big deal. Today when brushing my daughter’s hair I see that there’s pieces not cut even with her hair. School starts Monday, so Dad has to take her to get it fixed. I loved the atmosphere and the stylist was great. Just some minor bummers.

Went in for my baby’s first haircut. I felt bad for the lady working by herself. She seemed overwhelmed. All things considered, it was an okay experience. With the lady being by herself she’d have to stop in the middle of the cut and check clients out too. We’ll be returning. Maybe go on a slower day and time. She did great with my son and was real careful since he does like to fidget a lot. So thank you!

I had a great experience over all. My sons first haircut was great and the service that Bri provided was amazing. She was so patient with my little guy and stayed professional the entire time. Although , I was late and I know how things work when late and I was called 3 minutes after my appointment time and I knew I would be considered a walk in considering I was gonna be there after 5 minutes. When I got there the girl in the front was rude and repeated herself 2 times after I was already informed over the phone. She continue to say I would be a walk in and then said they would take my son in but that would be the last time. I get it. But the way I was spoke to was very annoying. After my appointment the guest that attended with me over heard this same girl giving a new client a 30 minute wait period after their appointment time. I was a new client and I don’t think that was fair. Bri was amazing and I would recommend her anytime.
