Bri was great- we were running late for the appointment, but she was very friendly when she explained their policy for tardiness over the phone. We got there in the nick of time. She was welcoming to our son, and he knew exactly what he wanted. Love that she saved a lock of hair for us, because his beautiful curls are now gone. We are still getting used to his haircut. He LOVES it, though, and that's what counts.
