We showed up without an appointment. We were told we could wait and if someone didn’t show they would take us. We did and our 2 year old got a haircut. While we were grateful to get seen our stylist didn’t have the best personality- especially for a 2 year old who is on the spectrum and was scared and crying. The whole experience was rushed and even once she told us to look it over; she immediately started putting things away as if we were done. Even though he still needed some taken off the top. She did get the tools out again and fixed it. She had us clean him up and brush the hair off. Not sure if this is a new change in policy or just a stylist preference since we had never been with Rose before until today. However when we saw Jennifer prior to COVID-19, she always handled that. Having a stylist who is more patient with little who are in tears would go a long way in making the experience better for the parents and the child.

The stylist seemed annoyed about having to cut my son's hair and was obviously frustrated that my 4 year old wouldn't sit still. When she asked me what I was wanting I told her just a trim and that his hair needed to be out of his eyes but I didn't want bangs. She gave him bangs. Definitely not going back.

This isn’t our first time here but will definitely be the last. This is the first time we’ve been back since my sons original stylist left, he was always friendly and LISTENED to what we wanted done. Today we sat waiting for 20 minutes while one or the stylist (purple hair) cleaned up and then immediately started on another client that came in well AFTER us. It was as if she just didn’t want to do the work even though she was available and the other lady wasn’t. I could literally hear her and the receptionist whispering about how she didn’t want to do it, which is extremely unprofessional. I told our stylist that we wanted just a scissor trim, which is what we always get and completely butchered it and left my son with a horribly uneven hairline. I don’t understand how you can be a hair stylist if you’re unable to do something as simple as a scissor cut. We will not be back.

The person that is as a receptionist it’s really nice and offers great customer service. Believe they need to hire stylist that are patient with kids. The girl Rose was really stressed out and didn’t have patients with my daughter Also, didn’t like that she cut my daughter hair with the shaving machine. Believe that is really dangerous. Special kids moving a lot It is more convenient for her because she likes to finish quick. The other stylist needs more experience in hair. I ask to do medium layers hair cut and she honestly didn’t cut in layers. Sorry and I really apologize for not giving a 5 stars but will definitely not recommend this place to come. It was my first time and the last.
