COVID-19 environment has provided us challenges. The only thing I would say is that when I make an Appt for a certain time, my expectation is that if arrive in time, the. My Appt will start on time. My experience was that when I pulled up to the facility and called to say that I am here, I was only told that I would be called back when they were ready to take us in. However, after my Appt time passed I saw other kids being taken in. When called back I was told that they were running 15 Mins behind. After 15 Minutes we saw another kid taken in. When called back I realized that they were actually running 30 mins behind. The lesson here is about setting expectations. If I call and tell the facility that ai am here, then tell the customer if you are actually running behind and by how long, in order to set expectations. I will also state that we were offered a discount for waiting, which was an unexpected and pleasant mitigation.

This was my son’s second haircut and this appointment was very impersonal. They seemed just interested in getting us out within our 15 minute window. The stylist seemed extremely nervous to cut his hair like it was her first time. And not once when the cut was done did she ask if I had any concerns or what I thought. She simple just walked away. This appointment was very different from my last one. The stylist that cut my son’s hair the first time was not available so I decided to have them assign me one. Unfortunately this left me unpleased with the quality of haircut my son received. His bangs were cut too short and basically his cut looks like a bowl.
