went in to get my toddler’s hair cut, not only did we get our toddler’s hair cut but jennifer was kind enough to fix my bad cut too!! she was patient enough to look at what was wrong with my cut and put in so much effort to help me achieve the style that i wanted! i would definitely be back every time me or my daughter need a cut and would recommend this place n jennifer to all my friends 😊

I think the online system needs to be kept up to date. To arrive thinking you have an appointment with someone and then being told you don’t because that person is off is very unprofessional. We had to wait for other people to finish or arrive before we were able to get started. I also think there needs to be less chit chat. It’s one thing to be polite and have conversation while cutting hair but to completely stop what you are doing to have a conversation knowing people are waiting lacks professionalism. Especially when are appointment was canceled without us even knowing. Once we had the haircut the person who cut hair was very lovely and helpful.

Our wait time was 20 minutes past our appointment. I believe that this could have been avoided with keeping more employees on staff. Around noon on a Saturday, three stylists is just not going to cut it ;) It would be wise to have a receptionist up front instead of having the stylists do both. My only other comment would be more seating for those who are waiting. My stylist was great and really did a wonderful job on my son who was very scared and for the most part uncooperative. We love Cookie Cutters and we will most certainly be back! Thank you.
