For the child that never sits still, the Bat Mobile did the trick! We are so thankful that it was a pleasant experience for him. His last cut from a barber was terrible because he couldn't sit still and he was very experienced barber! My boy looks great! Thank you Katie for your patience with my kid!

The overall experience for my kiddos was great! I appreciated that each stylist called my child by his name and that they took the time to listen to what my kids like and don't like about his hair. They may be young but they know what they like! My boys felt very comfortable there and this place allowed them to really have a fun experience! We will go back!

The service provided for ethnic hair was subpar. The stylist seemed as if she wasn’t familiar with the type of hair my daughter had and I was forced to wait for only one stylist to do my daughters hair because of their hair type and took way longer than needed. If your stylist can not cater to black hair please make that known before allowing them to waste their money in your establishment. The overall environment is nice and friendly but my kids walked out looking like they had just gotten out of bed
