I have brought my son there twice before and had two lovely ladies cut my son’s hair. They were patient and kind and understanding that a 2 year old isn’t going to sit perfectly still. The man who cut my son’s hair yesterday made me uncomfortable and a little bit mad. He wasn’t patient at all. He kept jerking my sons head around and telling him to be still. He’s 2 years old. He didn’t introduce himself to my son or try to make him feel comfortable. Just got straight to work and seemed visibly frustrated with how uncomfortable and upset my son was. At one point, I had to tell him he didn’t have to be so rough. I wanted so badly to pull my son out of that chair and leave. That guy should not be cutting small children’s hair. He did an okay job but was rude. I will never let that man touch my son’s head again and will be looking for somewhere else to take my son from now on.

The facility was nice and the staff was mostly kind. However, the stylist spent maybe 5 minutes on my sons haircut. The haircut is uneven, not faded well and overall disappointing. My son is very good at getting haircuts, he does not scream or fight them he sits better than most adults. I expect more considering how well my toddler behaves. The stylist also kept getting onto the kids in the next bay over for being in the way of the other stylist that was doing their haircut. while cutting my sons hair even though they had their own stylist.

I arrived early with my baby (14 months) and ask if some this was available earlier. I was told yes. I waited for around 30 minutes, no problem. The lady who took care on him was very rude. First asked us what kind of haircut (no advise at all) when she was done my wife asked if she can cut more on the side and she said that that was what we asked for. we politely asked again and she, started to cut the baby hair and he started crying, she left saying that the baby needed a break, and start cutting the hair of another customer. Later another lady came to finish the cut, and to fix the disaster she made on my little one. persons like that does not deserve to work or to put a hand on any kids. this person ruined my day, ruined my baby's hair and I truly believe that she doesn't deserve to be working in a place like this.

We have been to this location a few times. This past time was by far the worst. His haircut was terrible, but I couldn't really tell when we left because he had a comb over. When I got home, and his hair was dry, I could tell it was completely butchered. The next day I called a different location, closer to where we live, to see if they could fix it. They said to go back to where his hair was cut, not wanting it more butchered than it was I found a different company just down the street from where we live. It isn't perfect, but she was able to salvage it the best way she could without completely shaving it.

Not the same great experience we’ve had before. The first the lady said I didn’t have an appointment. Then she went on to delete my profile that had my sons history. The lady that cut his hair rolled her eyes so many times during my sons hair cut. The reason I booked extra time for him was to give him time to calm down because he’s autistic. I will not be taking him back there.

Our stylist this morning was rude unhappy and unprofessional. We asked for something we were told we couldn’t have yet another stylist was able to do with their client. If it’s something that she couldn’t do why not ask to have someone else do it instead of just telling us no while we see it being done right next to us. Instead of listening to what makes our child uncomfortable she went ahead and told us it didn’t matter and decided to do what she wanted to do. Never once tried to make our child comfortable and just stood there looking annoyed. Overall horrible experience!!!
