We have been here many times and I have never been unhappy with our experience until today. I'm not a confrontational person so I did not say anything at the time we were there for my childrens haircuts and I wish I would have spoke up for how much I spent, but I am not happy with the service that we received today, I don't know the stylists name, but she was the only one working. First, my son did not get to pick which chair he wanted to sit in..really that’s no big deal, but the hair from the previous customer that sat in this chair that she had my child sit in was not cleaned up. As for my youngest, I showed a picture of how I wanted his hair and It is not nearly as short as I would've liked it to be, I wasn’t even asked if I was happy with it when she finished, she just blew the hair of him and she was done, didn’t even style it or ask if I wanted it styled. As for my oldest, I let her know what I wanted for him and she began to cut his hair. He is autistic and there are certain sounds that he doesn’t like, such as the clippers touching the comb so every time he heard it, he would say “ouch” simply because he didn’t like the noise, not because it was hurting him. After so many times, she says "it’s not ouch, it's not even touching you…” His hair was also not cut the way I wanted it, it was pretty long and I asked for a 2 on top, she did not touch it at all and when she finished I was not asked if I was happy with his either. She just walked to the register and checked us out.

Service today was terrible, the stylist was very unprofessional. This was our first time here, we get haircuts every month at a different place and I was just informed that I will be induced tomorrow for my next son and since Ill be having a newborn-sibling photoshoot so I decided to book here today since the other place is closed Mondays but I regret it really bad, my son was very upset and the lady was extremely rude, I asked her simple questions and she just rudely responded, she had no patience with my son. He always gets excited about haircuts but today I guess he felt uncomfortable just as I did. She not only did a terrible job but did not even cared about him nor about the terrible job she did even after I asked her to fix it. I could see how though he was handling him and really wanted to run away. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS PLACE. REGRET IT SO BAD and now will need to find someone to take him tomorrow to fix his ears because they look horrible.

I’ve been taking my son to Cookie Cutters for the past 4 years (in Texas and a California) and never had a bad experience until this past weekend with a stylist named Debbie. I asked her to check my sons notes from his last visit in his account because that’s how I wanted his hair again (a 3 and blended with a trim on top). She did not blend it. The whole thing took her about 5 minutes and when she asked me if it was good I told her I could see the line and she didn’t say anything and “blended” it but as you can see in the picture it looks so bad. She didn’t trim his hair and left long pieces of hair around his ear. My son is about to be 5 and has never had an issue with sitting still so there’s no reason for her to have messed up. She also didn’t interact with my son or myself at all. She didn’t talk to us (ask us how our day was going for example). I am so disappointed with the whole experience and how his hair looks. I could have my sister cut his hair for free but we’ve always enjoyed going to Cookie Cutters because of the experience he gets and they always did a great job but this last visit really makes me sad.

Did not get any before picture for baby’s first hair cut even thou certificate clearly has a place for a before pictures. Stylist didn’t do anything to make my child feel comfortable before the cut and then acted like he was a scary monster when he screamed.
