The wait time was very long, we waited over 30 min for our appt and did not receive the pre-book discount even when appt was booked before leaving prior appt

We had an appointment on Monday at 3:15. We arrived late (3:35pm). There was NO ONE in the entire building except for one employee. She told us we were too late and that she could not help us. I was shocked because there was NO ONE there. Additionally, we were not offered a cut without a shampoo instead since we were late. I really felt like the employee did not want to work. I did not get her name. I did not want to push the issue and have a bad cut.

While we love our stylist, and drive over 30 min to come see her, it’s increasingly frustrating making an appointment and still waiting 40-45 min past appt time, every single time we come in. We booked early in the morning this time, so not sure how the schedule still ended up being that far behind.
