The hairdresser was brushing and cutting my daughter’s curly hair DRY. Even I know you’re not supposed to brush curly hair dry. It was so painful for her.

Rosa was very rude from the moment I walked into the salon. I go to check in and she was no help kept telling me names and numbers were wrong bt didnt even try to resolve the situation which the info wouldn't be wrong because I put my info myself. I saw her also treat others just as rude. On the other hand. Bri was amazing and sweet. She did amazing on my sons hair.

I had scheduled 2 services and called multiple times to confirm. I finally got an email confirmation with both services and assumed I was good to go. Upon arrival I was told that when booking two services the system cancels one due thinking it’s a duplicate. In addition they said they wouldn’t have them for the wash or the 1st time hair cut, because the system has been giving them 15 minutes instead of 30. My daughter was upset that she wasn’t getting her hair washed and we also didn’t get a finishing style at the end. Corporate need to figure system errors so that the staff is not stressed.

Cute little place but worker was no pleasant who seemed overwhelmed and rushed. I would expect some fun interaction working with the kids but she barely acknowledged my son

This was my son’s second haircut and this appointment was very impersonal. They seemed just interested in getting us out within our 15 minute window. The stylist seemed extremely nervous to cut his hair like it was her first time. And not once when the cut was done did she ask if I had any concerns or what I thought. She simple just walked away. This appointment was very different from my last one. The stylist that cut my son’s hair the first time was not available so I decided to have them assign me one. Unfortunately this left me unpleased with the quality of haircut my son received. His bangs were cut too short and basically his cut looks like a bowl.
