Haircut felt very rushed. I had to show the hair stylist a few hairs she missed and I found more when we got home. I understand my daughter wasn’t perfectly still but that’s why I brought her to a salon that’s supposed to specialize in young children. I attached a picture of the biggest clump of long hairs.

We’ve lived in San Antonio for 6 months and I have yet to find a place that provides good haircuts for kids. For the price I pay for kids haircuts they should all be awesome, but I’m less than impressed. I took my little boy in today for a scissor cut. The stylist failed to clean up around his ears and neck leaving hair beyond the neck line. I think it would be standard to clean up all neck lines on boys no matter what. Unfortunately I’ll just have to keep searching. The salon was very clean and picked up.

EVERYONE, but I sincerely mean EVERYONE at your place have bad attitude toward customers. This hair dressers are dealing with children, small children that need attention and love and they are so gross and not caring at all toward children. I have been there 3 times and every single time I think well, maybe that other person was having a bad day, but its not true. They are all the same, same attitude, rude and not one second friendly. Not sure what is with this place. In the other hand they know what they are doing. They cut beautifully, but the attitude like doing just for the money is so terrible

I don’t know if the worker had a bad day or something but I think she was kind of rude. We asked some questions about the package and she ask in bad mood, all time I feel she was in a hurry and make us feel uncomfortable.
