Exceptional customer service from Ericka. She was kind, patient, and talked to my son to make him comfortable. Great hair cut as well. I will always go back to them as we have always had a great experience with them.

Everything was perfect, except for Ally she was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked kindly if she can use a number 1. Erika and other employee that was there have great costumer service

My 5 year old son is autistic and this is only his 2nd haircut but Ally did an amazing job and had patience with him moving around. I'm definitely coming back and recommending to friends and family.

My family has always enjoyed getting their haircut here. However, my last two visits have been very disappointing. Ally attended us both of these times. She had such a bad attitude and was rude from the start. She asked how I would like my son’s haircut and looked at me like I was stupid for the way I asked. I’m not sure what it was about the way I asked that irritated her so much. This happened on both occasions. I have never had this experience here or anywhere else. As far as the haircuts, today it was fine. However, the last time she cut my son’s hair, the guard fell off the clippers and she gave my son a zero haircut and cut him.
