This location is always very dirty. Hair and dust everywhere. The kids seats are not even brushed off between clients.

The front is completely uneven. I asked for short in the back and longer on top and doesn’t look the way I asked. I know it’s hard to cut a toddlers hair but this women wasn’t really child focused. The first time we went here the woman was so nice and it’s such a great job, the last two times we’ve went I’ve been disappointed.

His haircut was horrible. It’s uneven. On both. Sides of his head and his line is crooked. He now has to go to his birthday party with a botch haircut. Very unhappy we drive from out of town to come here . We have done it for 5 years and never had this bad of a haircut. There is no way to fix it. I’m very unhappy with it.

Called-no answer. Recording suggests to book online so I put in todays date and selected next available time four hours later. Show up to find out appointment is 2 days later and system populates next available day without making it obvious. Call another location who says they do not have any appointments-look online to find openings. Book appointment. Get there they tell me they can only do one haircut because they are COMPLETELY BOOKED. I look around-there is no one there except the 2 workers. They reluctantly agreed to give both kids bang trims but had us wait 7 minutes in sitting area after our appointment time started, then trimmed both kids hair in 10 minutes & when I asked her to braid my 5 year olds hair 3 minutes before 15 minute time slot is up, she says I CAN’’T, I’M SO FAR BEHIND! ?? Doesn’t seem like these people want to work.

There was one person that almost snapped my neck when they told me to tilt my head and also once They literally cut all of my hair off in one area. Picture day was tomorrow…
