We are new to the area and were looking for a kid salon. My son has always enjoyed getting his haircut because we like going to fun, kid oriented salons. The play area was nice and entertained my kids while we waited our turn. We were greeted but not checked in when we arrived. After waiting 5-10 minutes someone asked my child’s name and shortly after they were ready for him. The stylist was not friendly with my son at all. She spoke to him like an adult and was not interested in being talkative with him. He sat great for her and was very calm especially considering that he is only four. However she kept telling him “you can not move” and adjusting his head. She lacked personality and friendliness that I expect at a salon designed for children. She was cordial with me and did a fine job on his hair though. Another stylist who was working at the time was much more friendly with the kids she had and was what I expected. We will go back and request a different stylist.

We’ve always had good experiences here, including the most recent one, except for one element this time. We waited nearly 2 years due to the COVID pandemic to get my son a haircut. Despite a large “masks required” sign on the door, there was a family of 6 people in for a baby’s first haircut and only one of them had a mask on. There was apparently no enforcement of this rule and we will never return to Cookie Cutters again. We are very disappointed in the lack of safety enforcement for the rest of customers to appease one family.

Haircut wasn't bad but the girl stopped the haircut 3 times to go answer the phone and checked in 3 or 4 people. The place was busy and they kept complaining about running behind. Perhaps you should have a person designated to the front desk on Sunady.

My appointment for my son's first haircut (yes, I booked the 1st haircut package) was at 10:45 and I got there at 10:40. Nobody acknowledged me until 11:00. He was not seen until 11:10. How are they that far behind with appointments when they open at 9 on a Saturday? Lorrie did a good job with the haircut. Didn't put product in like she said she was going to, she reput detangler in after his haircut. Why? Lorrie did give me a lock of his hair, but I did not get a certificate and picture like the service for the 1st haircut package description. I witnessed a previous kid get that from another stylist. Why pay for the package if it's not given to everyone. What a rip off.
