I think there should be chairs for the adults to sit near the kids More stuff to entertain 3 yo and under

Each appointment is supposed to be 15 minutes. Some end up taking longer because the kid won’t sit still or the stylist tries to squeeze two kid days into one slot making others late despite showing up early for their appointment. The second stylist showed up 15+ minutes late and her clients had come early. Doesn’t always feel worth the $15 for a kids cut.

Stylist cut LOTS of layers, leaving the base or bottom layer very thin. Stylist cut short layers in areas where it does not make sense.

$20 for a haircut that takes less than 15 minutes is way too expensive.

The staff was wonderful but the facility could really use some updating. It was dingy and very worn.

I booked an appointment which wasn’t started on time. Stylists were both busy at my start time. Ten minutes late in starting. Didn’t apologize or thank for waiting. Don’t plan on each visit being 15 minutes, the stylists haven’t ever kept to that. I’m almost always started late and take longer than 15 minutes even on easy ones like my son. They should not start walk-ins if they cannot finish by the time the next true appointment is supposed to begin.
