The printer wasn't working to print off our first haircut certificate. We have to pick it up at a later time. They were supposed to call me today but I never heard from them.

My daughter got her hair trimmed and bangs trimmed which looks good but not worth 14.95. I’ll be looking for a cheaper place to get her hair trimmed.

I had made online reservations with our regular stylists. When we arrived both boys were put with a different stylist than our regular. Our appointment was for 9:15. We arrived at 9:10 and our regular stylist was assigned to someone else after we arrived. Reservations should be honored especially with the requested stylist.

You are absolutely correct! Technology is GREAT when it works....we are not in charge of it, we just have to fix the errors in shop. Please call if you have any problems booking in the future.
