I brought my 7 year old son in for a haircut. I don't remember the stylist's name but he was great! I've been bringing him and my older daughters to Cookie Cutters for probably over 14 years, and this was the first male hair stylist we've had. I told him how my son doesn't like to wear hair gel. He asked him why and asked if he'd let him try some on his hair when it was cut. He suggested an all natural product which I forget the name. He did a great job with the cut and interacted well with my little guy. After the cut, he asked my son to put his hands out so he could apply the hair gel himself. I thought this was very cool as I've never even had my son try to do that. He's not a big fan of gel so I've always done it. My son could tell that this gel wasn't sticky like the other and got some tips on styling. And then when paying, our stylist gave us a sample of the gel. I really appreciated his help. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to talk my son into trying the gel but maybe one day, and I'm glad I didn't buy the product then to just have it go unused. Thank you!
