Each appointment is supposed to be 15 minutes. Some end up taking longer because the kid won’t sit still or the stylist tries to squeeze two kid days into one slot making others late despite showing up early for their appointment. The second stylist showed up 15+ minutes late and her clients had come early. Doesn’t always feel worth the $15 for a kids cut.

Erica S. did an AMAZING job with my 18 month old's thick shaggy hair, especially since he wasn't too happy at the time. I will use her for my son every time now. This location overall is 100% better than the other locations closer to me.
