We made an appointment but we weren’t seen until 15 mins later. It was busy and even though it was only 15 mins with a 1 yr old it seems like forever. We were excited about our first trip to cookie Cutters because it was our sons first haircut. There was very little conversation, no explanation, and we could barely hear her tell us the seat was ready for him. I guess we just expected excitement and a cool experience. Someone else had an offer of a certificate and a photo of their son and when we inquired about it she stated that the camera doesn’t always work and we shouldn’t bother with it. This was our sons first haircut. I was a little irritated from the lack of engagement that we didn’t push the issue. We were able to capture our own photos and video. The set up was nice and I’m sure others have had good experiences. We will try someone else or somewhere else when it comes time. It was possible that she just had a bad day...

This was our 3rd trip here with seeing 2 different hairstylists each time. Paxton cried and did not like getting his haircut and his hair looked choppy afterwards. This time Erica cut his hair and it was such a better experiance. He still cried but she took her time and gave him small breaks. His hair looked the best it ever has after a haircut. We will definitely keep going back as long as Erica is the one doing his hair. Very pleased and happy with Erica, she is great.

His haircut was horrible. It’s uneven. On both. Sides of his head and his line is crooked. He now has to go to his birthday party with a botch haircut. Very unhappy we drive from out of town to come here . We have done it for 5 years and never had this bad of a haircut. There is no way to fix it. I’m very unhappy with it.

I had made online reservations with our regular stylists. When we arrived both boys were put with a different stylist than our regular. Our appointment was for 9:15. We arrived at 9:10 and our regular stylist was assigned to someone else after we arrived. Reservations should be honored especially with the requested stylist.
