While the stylist that cut my child’s hair was very warm and friendly, the person checking us in was not. She checked us in, but had no other interaction with us (her choice) during our visit. I feel like the price is high for no more than we need for our child, but I do appreciate today’s stylist going above and beyond for my little one

I have been a regular customer at the Westfield location for 3 years and get haircuts for my son every 2 months. I was in there today with both my children (7) and (5), when my 5 year old son informed me that a man there had a gun. It was was clear to even my son that he was not law enforcement of any kind. Having him there armed with large pistol on his hip did NOT make me feel safer, and don’t believe it is appropriate to bring weapons into an establishment for children. This was our sons first haircut at 1 1/2 years. We were worried he wouldn’t let it happen since he is very shy. Kathy was wonderful! She made us feel very comfortable and worked with him. She played a movie, blew bubbles, and made him giggle. We will definitely be back for his next haircut with her! Thank you!

Julie was great. helped keep my child calm or stood back so I could calm him down. A little chaotic in the store though. and it didn't help that a kid was screaming next to us. My son kept staring at him and thinking he should be scared, too.

I like the app but I do not like that the card is separate. It's too cumbersome to have to pay with the card and also pull out the app. Should all be in the app or eliminate the card.
