Hair Dresser kept getting defensive and mentioned "This is what the picture shows in the book" multiple times when I was trying to give her suggestions about haircut on my son.

We went to the 146th st Carmel, Indiana salon. We had 2 4pm appointments for our children. They were quite busy when we arrived 10 min ahead of our appointment time. At 4, the receptionist gave a non appointment person the hairstylist we were assigned at the time we made our appointment on the app. We weren’t helped until all the other people who had gotten there before us were helped even though we had appointments and they were walk ins. We didn’t get sat until 4:12. So after my first child was sat, another stylist opened up and but they didn’t not assign my other child. They gave it to someone else “because they had requested that stylist”. I don’t understand that logic because at exactly 4, the stylist one of my children was assigned to was given to a walk in person. So rude. Why even make appointments if your just going to get pushed aside over and over. We will not be returning based off of how we were treated. We try to do the best thing and make an appointment and this is how it goes? No thank you.

Had appointment at 10 am only one hour after they opened. We had to wait 25+ minutes to start our appointment. Disappointed especially when our whole family had to wait.

I took my son in today for a haircut and it is terrible. It’s completely uneven and butchered. I’m so disappointed with the outcome. We ended up having to drive to another Cookie Cutters across town to get it fixed because the lady who did it the first time was the only one there. We will not be taking him back.
