The haircut is not even, not faded within layers, and looks like something I could have done myself with no experience whatsoever.

Team was polite and timely. Store was clean and everyone was social distancing. The complaint is with the quality of the cuts. Both boy’s have nicks/bald spots in the back. Neither cut is even and honestly we’ll avoid these stylists in the future.

The front is completely uneven. I asked for short in the back and longer on top and doesn’t look the way I asked. I know it’s hard to cut a toddlers hair but this women wasn’t really child focused. The first time we went here the woman was so nice and it’s such a great job, the last two times we’ve went I’ve been disappointed.

We have been coming to Cookie Cutters since January and have been impressed. I love the way the stylist work with the children an help make them feel comfortable. My 4 year looks forward to going there and isn't afraid.
