Had the worst service for my daughter. Haircut was done very poorly. I feel the stylist is not knowledgeable enough to be doing it. End of day my daughter's hair is ruined.

Went there with my kid to have a haircut. My kid’s hair with Stephanie was really good. She was very friendly, professional, and my son loved it. But my haircut with Reba was not a good experience. What can I say, my hair looks horrible. Im glad that she didn’t cut my son’s hair. She had a very heavy hand, was not gentle, and I got a very uneven haircut. Seriously, really bad experience. Unfortunately.

I will always ask for Kristi I feel like she was more concerned with my grandsons special needs than the stylist in the photo. Even though I told her about his sensory issues she still was rough with him. I wasn’t pleased with this even though Kristi made up for what this stylist lacked we will be back to see her

Please give these wonderful salonist more than 15 mins per person. My appointment went very well but quality should always stump the quantity. Thank you to my hair stylist for giving us the time needed for a quality haircut.
