We made an appointment but we weren’t seen until 15 mins later. It was busy and even though it was only 15 mins with a 1 yr old it seems like forever. We were excited about our first trip to cookie Cutters because it was our sons first haircut. There was very little conversation, no explanation, and we could barely hear her tell us the seat was ready for him. I guess we just expected excitement and a cool experience. Someone else had an offer of a certificate and a photo of their son and when we inquired about it she stated that the camera doesn’t always work and we shouldn’t bother with it. This was our sons first haircut. I was a little irritated from the lack of engagement that we didn’t push the issue. We were able to capture our own photos and video. The set up was nice and I’m sure others have had good experiences. We will try someone else or somewhere else when it comes time. It was possible that she just had a bad day...

Team was polite and timely. Store was clean and everyone was social distancing. The complaint is with the quality of the cuts. Both boy’s have nicks/bald spots in the back. Neither cut is even and honestly we’ll avoid these stylists in the future.

I was very disappointed with my son's haircut today. I asked for his hair to remain long on top and short on the sides/back and even showed the stylist a specific picture. The haircut started out great and sides/back look good but she cut most of the top as well. The longer top, short sides look did not get achieved. Will not be back.

The manager (or the one who welcomed us and made direction for everyone) was not nice and was too bossy to deal with my toddler! On the other hand the cutter was nice.

The lady answering the phone delayed our familys' appts and another child's appt for two walk-ins. We were even 15 mins early and told to wait because they were busy. The mother of the other child who was delayed left upset. She said the last time she had an appt there was an hour wait.

The stylist we had today was not warm or welcoming and seemed to have little to no experience with kids. Our hair cut took nearly 30min (normally takes 10), she was clearly getting frustrated that he would not sit still yet she also wouldn’t give him any directions (I.e. look down/sit tall). This location has always been a favorite for us but will be requesting someone different.
